This natural stone house, built in the middle of the pretty village of Búger, offers space for up to 6 people in approximately 100 m² of living space and more than 400 m² of land. Sa Sini is a typical family home with a lot of charm and a pleasant feeling. On the ground floor, you will find a rustic kitchen with an American bar, which is equipped with everything you need in a well functional kitchen, the dining area next to a wood stove, one of the most illuminated and spacious places in the house which leads to a typical Mallorcan patio. Then, we find 2 double bedrooms with their single beds, and in the middle of them a bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor we have a cozy living room with satellite TV and in one corner there is a desk, a pleasant place to write, read or even work if it is not avoidable during the holidays and the second bathroom with a shower is in front of this corner. The 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds is located on the upper floor and is reached via a staircase from the living room. The entire interior area radiates a lot of comfort and well-being, since here a lot of emphasis was placed on natural and typical materials of Majorcan buildings. The mix of solid wood beams, sandstone walls and rustic-modern furniture promise a very pleasant living environment with a guarantee of feeling good. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and free Wifi. The fireplace can be used to create a warm environment, very useful for the colder months of the year.
The pretty outdoor patio is totally private and offers space for sunbathing, splashing in the pool and toasts with the whole family. Very convenient is also the bathroom with shower on the terrace. The barbecue area is fully covered and very comfortable, appreciated by the barbecue experts among us. Food and drinks can be bought in the same town, either directly from the local manufacturer or also in the supermarket.

In "low season" the eco tax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
For stays of more than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20,
from the 9th night: € 1 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.25 x adult x night.
